COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Central Orange County Emergency Animal Hospital hopes everybody is safe, healthy, and enjoying time at home with family. As the circumstances around COVID-19 continue to unfold, the California Department of Public Health along with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) have issued a set of guidelines and recommendations to all veterinarians across the country.

Our veterinary practice during the COVID-19 will have the following protocols:

• We are allowing 1 client per patient in the hospital
• Once you arrive our communication will be through the phone
• We will pick up your pet from your car once you arrive.
• Please wear a mask
